Design is done and construction planning begins. We enter a construction contract, collect a down payment, and start scheduling work.

Let's Start Building
It’s finally time to start construction! The first phase of construction takes us from demo through framing and drywall.
5 ◊ Final Construction
Approaching the Finish Line
The second phase of construction is all about installations: cabinets, flooring, millwork, countertops, and plumbing + electrical fixtures.
6 ◊ Walkthrough & Cleanup
Finishing Touches
We need everything to be perfect. We fill in nail holes, touch up paint, perform a final walkthrough, and collect the last payment. Enjoy your space!

2 / Inspiration & Design
Design Contract – Enter into a design contract to perform a complete feasibility assessment of your remodel. A down payment will be required at the start of the design phase.
Design – Connect with an interior designer to redesign your space, make selections, and finalize the design plan. Stoltz Remodeling only performs what we know best: construction. Design will be completed through one of our professional design agency referrals.

3 / Contracts & Planning
Construction Contract – Revise your construction estimate based on selections made during the design phase (e.g. flooring type, countertop material, fixtures & finishes, etc.).
Approval and Down Payment – Receive approval of the construction contract and accompanying down payment.
Schedule Work – Schedule work with appropriate subcontractors (e.g. electricians, plumbers, etc.).
Order Materials – Place orders for all necessary materials.
Permitting – Obtain project permits (if required).

Post Construction Cleanup – Sweep, vacuum, and clean all surfaces.
Staging & Photoshoot – Stage and photograph your new space.
Departure – Take our leave so you can settle in and enjoy your newly-remodeled space!
