Meet Dylan
General Contractor
I will oversee construction and be the primary carpenter on your project!
Prior to starting Stoltz Remodeling, I restored homes from fire and water damage. Over my 10-year restoration career, I worked my way up from cleaner to carpenter. In 2017, I transitioned my carpentry skills to remodeling and started Stoltz Remodeling (formerly Stoltz Installation and Carpentry). I love transforming spaces and seeing how thrilled homeowners are at the end of a project.
After work, I love to go boating, taking my dog on walks, and trying new restaurants.

I believe we function best when we love our surroundings. Helping our clients improve their space and their lives gives me so much joy! I love solving problems and bringing a vision to life. Combined with an entrepreneurial spirit, this naturally led to starting a business with my husband and taking on the project manager role.
I love to travel, read books, and any time the sun is shining, you’ll find me outside!
